Failure to do so will result in your request not being received! Seawatch & Oceanview owners and guests should call 843-785-6800 prior to their week and notify Capital Vacations of additional passes so they can be included in their check in information. If you are already on property, then feel free to use this form.
Self-renting owners and rental agents, if you would like to send us multiple requests at one time, that’s fine as well! You may email us directly instead of using the form at passes@islandclubgate.com
Please make sure you email pass requests to only that email account as it is checked regularly by several of our Courtesy Team Officers. Sending pass requests to individual Courtesy Team members (such as Kyle or Alex) can result in your pass request not being received in a timely manner.
