Parking Rules

  • There is no reserved parking on property. It is first come, first serve.
  • Due to limited parking, we encourage owners and guests to limit the number of vehicles they bring.
  • Passes or owner decals must be displayed at all times.
  • Owner decals can be picked up from the property management office and are for whole-owner, deed holders only.
  • The date range & unit number on your pass must be showing at all times.
  • If parking is full, overflow parking areas will be established by the Courtesy Team, park in designated overflow areas only.
  • If you cannot find a parking place and designated overflow areas appear full, contact our 24/7 Courtesy Team @ 843-785-2586 for assistance.
  • Do not park in the fire lanes or block fire hydrants.
  • Do not park in the building circles.
  • Do not move cones or caution tape. They are setup for the safety for owners, guests and employees.
  • Our Courtesy Team does do random parking lot checks and will flag vehicles with upside down passes or missing passes. **If you receive one, please make sure your pass is in view, the dates and unit # are readable or if you hadn’t received one yet, pick up your pass at the gate house at your earliest convenience.**
  • No Parking on any roadways or along curbing per Hilton Head Ordinance 12-3-211 Section (f).
  • If a vehicle is in a position that it could be obstructing Fire/EMS vehicles in the event of an emergency, our Courtesy Team has been instructed to find the owner to have them move it, regardless of time of day.
